Terms of Service

PersoPot creates outfit previews from a selected photo and garment reference, without personal model training. It offers recurring subscriptions and one-time credit top-ups. Older paid photo projects retain their purchased features. Subscriptions renew until canceled; top-ups do not renew.

You keep the rights you already hold in content you upload. You must have permission or another lawful basis to upload, import, process and share that content, including permission from identifiable people. A publicly accessible image or product link is not, by itself, permission to reuse it.

You give PersoPot a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, process and display your content only to provide the features you request, maintain security and comply with law. Our service providers may process it for those purposes as explained in our Privacy Policy. Sharing applies only to content you choose to share. We do not use your private photos in our advertising without separate permission, or train general-purpose models ourselves using those photos.

Clothing and retailer rights. PersoPot does not own third-party clothing designs, product photographs, logos or trademarks. Those rights remain with their respective owners. References identify or illustrate a style; they do not imply that a retailer, designer or model sponsors, endorses or is affiliated with PersoPot. An affiliate relationship, if present, is disclosed separately.

Personal style exploration. Outfit previews are intended for personal, non-commercial style exploration and sharing for feedback. They are illustrative synthetic images, not photographs of you wearing an actual purchased garment. They do not grant rights to reproduce a clothing design, sell a third party’s images, create counterfeit goods or use another person’s likeness commercially. Do not present a preview as a retailer’s official photograph or an actual fitting. Any commercial use requires the permissions and licences applicable to all source material and provider terms; these terms do not grant those permissions.

PersoPot does not claim ownership of your generated previews, but cannot promise that a generated image is copyrightable, exclusive or free of third-party rights. Any rights you have are subject to applicable law, source-material rights and provider terms. Existing legacy purchases retain any expressly granted rights to the extent we can lawfully grant them.

Sharing and recommendations. People with a valid review link can see the selected content you share, including later additions while the link remains active. They may save or forward it. Keep private links private and revoke them when appropriate. Original person photos are not disclosed merely by sharing a generated outfit. Signed-in friends can suggest a reference where recommendations are available; that does not give them access to your private try-on. You choose whether to generate and share a result. Guest names are unverified, and comments are users’ opinions.

Rights concerns. Send the relevant link, a description of your rights, the material at issue and contact details to support@persopot.com. We review requests and may restrict or remove content as appropriate. Saying “illustrative” or “personal use” does not override anyone’s rights.

You may only upload photos of yourself or people who have given you explicit consent. You may not use PersoPot to generate deceptive, fraudulent, or harmful content. Generated images cannot be used for identity fraud, impersonation, harassment, or any illegal purpose. Do not upload intimate images without consent, sexual content involving minors, or content that infringes another person’s privacy or intellectual property. Do not bypass access controls or use private shared content without permission. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.

Website payments are processed by Stripe. Website plans are priced in Canadian dollars, before applicable tax: Starter is CAD $5/month for 10 credits; Plus is CAD $10/month for 25 credits. A website top-up is CAD $3 for 5 credits. In-app subscriptions are processed by Apple; the App Store purchase screen shows the applicable currency, price, taxes and renewal period before you confirm. Apple subscriptions provide the allowance shown in the app. There is no training or setup fee. One basic try-on costs one credit; optional advanced scenes and premium edits cost more, shown before you confirm. Monthly credits reset after each paid renewal and do not roll over; unused monthly credits expire when the paid period ends. Purchased top-ups remain until used, including after subscription cancellation. Existing subscribers keep their existing allowances unless they explicitly change plans. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account settings for website purchases. Apple purchases are managed or cancelled through your Apple Account subscriptions; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you keep access (and credits) until then.

While the launch offer is open, the first 100 eligible new customers who complete a trial checkout can try PersoPot free for 3 days with 3 standard preview credits. One trial per customer; previous subscribers and customers who have already purchased credits are not eligible. A payment method is required. Checkout reserves a place temporarily; an abandoned checkout may release its place once Stripe confirms expiry. Availability is confirmed before you start checkout.

Choose Starter (CAD $5/month, 10 monthly credits) or Plus (CAD $10/month, 25 monthly credits), plus applicable tax. Unless you cancel before the exact trial-end time shown in your account and confirmation email, your chosen monthly subscription starts and your payment method is charged automatically. Subsequent monthly periods renew until canceled. This offer cannot be combined with promotion codes and does not create an Apple introductory offer.

Trial credits expire after 3 days and do not roll over or become purchased credits. They cover standard outfit previews, with up to 6 attempts including technical retries. Optional scenes and premium edits require separate purchased credits or a paid period. If technical issues prevent you from using your trial, contact support. You can cancel future billing immediately from Account → Billing without waiting for a review. Your remaining trial access continues until the trial ends. Trial reminders do not replace your ability to check or cancel in your account.

One-time image purchases: refunds are available within 14 days of generation if you haven’t downloaded your photos. Otherwise we offer a free regeneration. Email support@persopot.com.

For PersoPot website subscriptions, the monthly fee is refundable within 7 days of charge if you have not used credits in that period. Apple processes refund requests for purchases billed by Apple, according to its refund rules; request these at reportaproblem.apple.com. Contact support about unused top-ups or quality problems. Technical generation failures automatically restore reserved credits. If a basic try-on succeeds but an optional scene step fails, we keep the basic image, charge only its one credit, and return the extra credits. Deleting a completed image or submitting quality feedback does not automatically refund it. Use Request a website refund in Account → Billing to select the payment, choose a reason and add optional details, or email support@persopot.com. We review the request and recorded usage and reply by email. Using credits may affect discretionary refund eligibility, but it does not automatically exclude refunds for duplicate charges, service failures or rights under applicable law. Requesting a refund does not stop future renewals; cancel separately in Billing. Applicable statutory rights are unaffected.

AI-generated images are synthetic images. We aim for photo- realistic results but cannot guarantee that any specific generation will match expectations. Results depend on the quality of the selected source photo and garment reference. A library of varied photos helps select a suitable view, but only the selected photo is used for basic try-on. Previews and optional body edits are not measurements, tailoring simulations or guarantees of size, physical fit, fabric, colour, coverage or appearance. AI can change garment details or invent hidden features. Check the retailer’s product information, sizing and return conditions before buying. PersoPot does not sell the referenced clothing or control retailer prices, stock, offers, delivery or returns. An informational offer is not a promise that a code will work for you.

Request account deletion by emailing support@persopot.com. You can also use the in-app deletion request where available. Deleting the app or your account does not itself cancel a subscription; cancel with the payment provider as explained above. We handle deletion subject to the retention and provider limitations explained in our Privacy Policy. Deleting a Model Lab test or reference removes only that selected lab image and record after cleanup succeeds. It does not delete your account, trained model, provider-held copies, downloaded files or exports. We may retain records where required and may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted access or error-free AI output. Subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid PersoPot in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we exclude indirect or consequential losses. These limits do not exclude liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Nothing in these terms waives mandatory consumer protections, legal warranties, refund rights or access to remedies available under applicable law.

We may update these terms when our practices change. Material changes are emailed to registered users at least 14 days before they take effect.

Ontario law and applicable Canadian federal law govern these terms, subject to mandatory protections in your place of residence. Where legally permitted, disputes may be brought in the courts of Ontario. This does not require arbitration, waive a right to participate in a class proceeding, or prevent you from using a court or regulator available to you under mandatory law.
